We are seeking a dedicated and service-minded Food & Beverage professional to join our team in the role of Room Service Waiter – Night shift. This is a full-time, permanent position with a flexible start date. As our hotel operates year-round, you must be prepared to work weekends and public holidays. Your shifts will primarily be scheduled between 22:30 and 07:00, approximately four shifts per week.
As our night room service waiter, you will be responsible for taking and preparing guest orders in accordance with their requests, including basic food preparation and beverage service. This role requires a solid understanding of food handling and presentation, as well as the ability to operate independently during night hours.
In addition to in-room dining service, your duties will include restocking F&B outlets and storages, assisting the hotel’s night team, and preparing the F&B department for the following day’s operations. As the only F&B team member on duty during the night, you must be self-reliant, proactive, and fully service-oriented.
Excellent communication skills are essential, both in person and over the phone, as you will be interacting directly with guests. Fluency in English is required, and additional language skills are considered a strong advantage. You should be comfortable explaining menu items, handling special requests, and ensuring every guest enjoys a smooth and discreet late-night dining experience.
A Finnish hygiene passport and a valid alcohol serving license are required for this position. Familiarity with hotel systems such as Opera or Micros is preferred, as is a basic understanding of guest privacy policies and hotel safety procedures.
