We are looking for an experienced Electrical Package Manager to join a hyperscale data center construction project in the Helsinki metropolitan area. The position is full-time and based on-site. You will be working on one of Europe’s most significant data center developments, with a client that specializes in delivering large-scale, turnkey data center solutions across the continent.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full scope of the electrical systems package on-site

  • Oversee site safety in collaboration with the Project Manager and Safety Advisor

  • Promote a strong culture of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental compliance

  • Coordinate project scheduling with internal and external stakeholders

  • Manage all cost elements related to the electrical package, including subcontractors, materials, equipment, and variations

  • Supervise daily site operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures

  • Track subcontractor progress, manpower, and quality through regular reporting and snagging systems

  • Participate in site meetings, project reviews, and handover processes

  • Provide weekly internal and external progress and cost reports

  • Schedule and track material deliveries in line with project timelines

  • Maintain a photographic diary of project progress

  • Perform other duties as required by the role

Requirements:

  • Relevant electrical qualification (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering)

  • Proven experience in project management and large-scale electrical installations

  • Strong understanding of both electrical and mechanical systems

  • Familiarity with industrial relations and health & safety regulations

  • Experience in design & build environments

  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
