Human Resource Manager

To support our growth journey, we are looking for a driven doer to ensure our success in taking care of our existing people and in recruiting new team members! You’ll join at a pivotal time and have the opportunity to shape our culture that drives business success. In this role you’ll get to support the soul of Aeromon: our people and culture.

We are offering a fulltime permanent position, reporting to the CEO. The home office is in Helsinki.

Role and responsibilities – what you’ll do:

  • Ensure scalable growth: Follow our well-established people processes that support our international expansion, focusing on smooth onboarding and long-term talent retention.
  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process: Lead and scale our international hiring efforts by running streamlined, high-quality recruitment processes and supporting hiring managers.
  • Be our in-house people expert: Provide guidance on all things HR-from performance management to health & safety matters to employee relations-ensuring we stay aligned with best practices and general statuary employer obligations.
  • Bring people-insights to the management team: Advocate for the employee perspective in strategic discussions, and design initiatives that boost motivation and performance.
  • Listen and act: Continuously collect employee feedback and partner with leadership to turn insights into action.
  • Be the go-to systems owner: Manage and optimize our recruitment (Teamtailor) and HR (AboardHR) platforms to support seamless operations.
  • Pitch in where needed: We’re a small, collaborative team-so you’ll be ready to contribute beyond traditional HR boundaries when required.

We don’t expect that you are an expert in everything, but you need to be resourceful and take initiative in your work.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in HR leadership roles, ideally in fast-scaling or international environments.
  • Hands-on and curious mindset-you’re comfortable in the details of a hiring process and eager to learn the general statuary employer obligations for each of our represented countries.
  • Strong background in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English, fluency in Finnish is seen as an advantage.
