What you’ll do
Manage monthly customer invoicing and controls
- Manage AR including customer communications
- Monitor unpaid invoices and process needed changes
- Maintain and update customer master data
- Assist in managing AR credit control measures
- Collaborate with our collection agency
- Assist in month end closing process.
What you’ll bring
You have a strong eye for detail and like working systematically with routine tasks. You are resourceful, good in prioritizing a variety of tasks and motivated to develop the efficiency of our AR operations. In addition you have:
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience
- Proficiency in Excel
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Fluent spoken and written Finnish & English, French or German skills are seen as an advantage.
- Previous knowledge of Netsuite ERP or knowledge of SQL is seen as an advantage.
- Location for the role: Helsinki, working in hybrid mode
- Current residence inside the EU
