In this role, you will be part of the Assurance team, providing advisory services to clients. Your main task is to support our clients with financial reporting-related issues. Our clients mainly consist of listed companies and unlisted growth companies from various industries.
As an Accounting & Reporting (Senior) Manager, you support our clients in projects related to corporate restructuring, reporting, and regulatory compliance. You will also support our audit teams with questions related to the application of accounting laws and IFRS standards.
You will actively participate in sales work and project management. You will build and develop client relationships and network with both internal and external stakeholders. In our team, you will have a diverse group of skilled colleagues and work in an international environment.

Qualifications
You are client-oriented, proactive, and you possess a commercial mindset. You have good interpersonal skills and the ability to build networks with both internal and external partners. You are analytical and you have excellent problem-solving skills. In addition, you have good project management skills and ability to drive things forward. You are courageous, forward-thinking, and proactive.
We believe you will succeed in this role if you have at least 5 years of experience in financial reporting, either as an auditor or in group financial reporting, preferably in an international environment.
Additionally, we hope you have:
- Experience in a client-facing consulting role
- Knowledge of IFRS reporting practices
- Experience in accounting and financial statement preparation
- A higher education degree (finance)
- Fluent Finnish and English language skills
- Good IT skills
