We are now looking for a
HR Specialist – Payroll Management & HRIS
to join our Helsinki office.
As an HR Specialist, you will oversee and coordinate group-wide payroll processes with our external partners and be the contact person regarding salaries in all our operating countries. You will also act as the main user of our HRIS (Sympa) and produce reports for ESG and business teams’ needs. In addition, you will focus on our employees’ wellbeing by overseeing our benefits and occupational health and safety work as well as ensuring great employee experience in the key moments of the employment lifecycle, such as joining the company. Our team’s ambition is high, and we work closely together on various initiatives to further elevate the employee experience and support the organization for growth.
Your main responsibilities
- Oversee payroll processes in partnership with external service providers.
- Coordinate and administer the employee benefits.
- Act as the key user of our HRIS system, Sympa, and produce HR reporting.
- Facilitate the occupational health and safety work across the organization to ensure we adhere to compliant standards.
- Responsibility of the on- and offboarding processes
Who we’re looking for
Experience in and knowledge of the following areas are essential:
- Proficient understanding of payroll management process and systems.
- Prior experience with HRIS platforms. Experience particularly in Sympa is an advantage.
- Strong skills in MS Excel and MS Office tools.
- Excellent organizationa abilities with an understanding of the operational needs.
- A structured and detail-oriented way of working, even in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Finnish and English (our company language), Swedish is an advantage.
