Introduction
We are looking for Specialist, Global Production Systems Support in CNS Supply Chain’s Integrated Business Planning and Execution organization. Your main mission will be defining and supporting globally the production management processes for internal factories in Consumables supply chain. You will act as SAP super key user and drive a global SAP solution across all internal factories. You will be leading, training and driving the changes with our factories to have a more harmonized process and to leverage the quality of production master data.

– You will join a team of supply chain dedicated to supply planning. We are currently working on SAPphire / SOLAR / MES.
– We work closely with Planning production, Engineering, Quality and Finance areas.

What you’ll do
– Owner of global CNS manufacturing template in SAP
– Support SAPphire program for CNS factories
– Supporting global production planning process for internal factories in Consumables
– Driving changes in master data (e.g., routings times, BOMs, work centers).
– Training our factories on how to use SAP.
– Capacity and utilization analytics for factories for load optimization.
– Driving developers (internal and external) as a product owner for our production execution software’s
Who you are
– Business or Engineering Degree is mandatory
– Solid experience with SAP production planning process (PP module).
– Background or knowledge in production and planning process.
– Understanding of foundry or rubber production processes is considered as a great advantage.
– Enthusiastic in driving change.
– Must be fluent in both written and spoken English.
– Excellent presenting skills.
– Ability to lead and implement change is considered as a plus.
– A genuine team player with a collaborative and open mind set with different countries.
– Willingness to travel up to 20% during the implementation phase.
