K.Hartwall is seeking a motivated Sourcing Manager to join the Delivery Operations Functions located in Söderkulla. This role focuses on Assembly Components & Product Pricing responsibilities. The position is permanent.
Key responsibilities will include
The primary responsibilities include continuously enhancing the company’s competitiveness in achieving the best-buy offer at landed sales locations. You will manage selected sourcing categories (Fasteners, Plywood, Textiles & Straps, Stickers), ensuring competitive costs and security of supply in collaboration with K.Hartwall partners. Additionally, you will develop and maintain supplier cooperation, including ongoing performance assessment, formal feedback, and action plans to meet company objectives. Overseeing supplier quality control and managing contracts are also key duties. Creating, retaining, and managing supplier relationships through direct interaction and on-site presence is essential. You will handle inventory management related to selected sourcing categories and contribute to the development of the sourcing team by leading and supervising day-to-day operations. A crucial part of the role is managing product pricing, including weekly tasks for standard product projects.
Experience and requirements:
- BA or MSc (Eng.) in Mechanics/Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years experience within sourcing or supply chain management from manufacturing industry
- Hands-on mentality with a solutions orientated work style
- Profound knowledge of sourcing processes/procedures and supply chain management
- Sound knowledge of production and production technologies, including relevant material(s)
- Good knowledge of different cost structures and cost calculation, MS Excel knowledge & ERP experience (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics 365) is appreciated
- Possess negotiation skills
- Good cooperation and team working skills
- Fluency in spoken and written Finnish and English is a must and additional languages are a plus
- Demonstrate integrity, honesty and reliability in interpersonal relations.

- Eager to learn and grow, and a keen desire to continuously develop further.
- Self-driven team player with strong analytical, problem-solving and communication.
