Customer Engagement Specialist (CES)
to join Johnson&Johnson’s CES- team for a fixed six (6) months period. There is an option for continuation, depending on the situation and to be confirmed. Customer Engagement Specialists (CES) supports the brand teams and are responsible for various marketing tasks and coordinating marketing processes in accordance with communication and brand plans. CES is part of a multidisciplinary team and works closely with product managers, medical affairs, public affairs, the communication team, and external partners to drive omnichannel communication excellence. Johnson&Johnson’s office is based in Espoo, Leppävaara, and the CES- team works in a flexible hybrid- model.
Initially, your tasks will mainly focus on technical marketing tasks execution, publishing brand material in various channels. Subsequently, you will expand your responsibilities to content creation and marketing analytics.
Key role activities:
- Create and publish omnichannel content.
- Optimize channel mix based on insights.
- Approve marketing materials and ensure accurate documentation.
- Supports product managers, medical affairs, public affairs, and communications teams to drive omnichannel excellence of specific brands.
- Adapt, translate, and build content to Janssen channels.
- Ensure the content created is approved and documented as per industry code.
- Innovate new ways to connect with customers and patients together with multidisciplinary brand teams.
- Analyze and understand competitive landscape, local market and customer needs.
- Conduct business activities in compliance with ethics and legal requirements.
Requirements:
- A degree in marketing, media, business administration or similar fields. Or relevant, strong knowledge gained through work.
- A minimum of 2 years of work experience in comparable roles (preferred).
- Strong skills in using digital marketing tools (required).
- Proficient in Finnish and English language (required).
Ideally, we are looking for a person with some experience working with content publishing and creation. After orientation, you will handle multiple marketing projects, so you should have an independent and proactive way of working. Innovativeness and willing to learn are also good competencies for this position. Working experience from Pharmaceutical/Medical field is not mandatory but is considered as an advantage.
