The Operations Resource Planning department is responsible for carrying out resource planning for cockpit crew and cabin crew, technical operations personnel, and ground services personnel in the long, medium, and short term. In addition, the department is responsible for carrying out operational change management for the crew.
We are now looking for a
OCC CREW CONTROLLER
to manage operational changes for crew scheduling in our Operations Control Center. As an OCC Crew Controller your job is to ensure that each flight is manned with qualified crew members according to aviation authority rules and regulations. You will be contributing to the OCC operational decision making from the crew management point of view. You will have a key role in change management, making decisions and communicating with crew and other stakeholders. OCC Crew Controllers work in shifts 24/7.
Your responsibilities include:

Daily crew roster change management
-
Securing crew qualification validity
-
Supervision and implementation of CLAs and EASA FTL rules in daily crew planning

Tracking crew working hours
-
Supervising the implementation of CLAs and aviation regulations
You will succeed as our OCC Crew Controller, if you have:
-
Strong expertise and at least 5 years of experience in airline operations

Ability to learn and apply in practice CLAs and EASA FTL

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience from a relevant field
-
Good written and spoken communication skills, both in Finnish and English.

Previous experience of Jeppesen CMS is an advantage.
We are looking for a team player with an analytical mindset and ability to work independently. Work is occasionally hectic, and you must have a good tolerance for stress together with strong abilities to manage and prioritize your own daily tasks. As an OCC Crew Controller, you need to be able to make decisions under pressure and handle up-coming situations with a customer-oriented can-do attitude.
